Does Just Gorgeous Gifts have a newsletter? How do I sign up?
Yes we do. We regularly let customers know about new arrivals, sales, specials and other promotions. Simply go to "subscribe" in the footer of our website and enter your email address and leave the rest to us!

What happens if my parcel does not arrive after a few days ?
We ship from 1 to 3 days from the time you place your order and you will generally receive your goods within a week of placing the order. If you are concerned that your order is taking too long please contact us via email and we will follow it up for you within 24 hours.

Can I have my order sent Express Post so I get it in time for Xmas?
Absolutely! We do our best to accommodate your wishes and requirements. See our table with cut off times for general post pre Xmas delivery and Express post delivery here.

We can do express delivery for many areas around Australia. Please contact us directly on 02 8005 0347 to check whether this service is available for your delivery area and the associated costs.

Can I pick up from the warehouse instead of paying delivery?
Our warehouse is unfortunately not equipped to welcome customers or to process orders – we can only add new orders to our systems via phone or web. This means that we can only accept orders through these channels and cannot allow customers into the warehouse.
